Adult Programs

/"
Envision offers Adult Counselling services in all four of our offices.  Our counselling services are ’client directed’, meaning the process is based on what the client feels they need.  Counsellors provide support in the areas of safety, empowerment, self-esteem, assertiveness, healthy expression of feelings, coping strategies, problem solving and conflict resolution.
In addition to counselling services evening workshops and groups are offered to clients periodically throughout the year.

Family Programs

Envision offers a variety of programs to support families experiencing an event or situation that is overwhelming or traumatic for the family.  Through in office counselling and in-home support, we can help families learn new skills and tools to increase strength and resilience.

Child & Youth Programs

Envision offers confidential individual counselling is available our Estevan office to children and youth, aged 5-18 years old who are presently, or have previously, witnessed abuse.

Teen Programs

Envision offers Youth Counselling for adolescents over the age of 14 who are experiencing issues related to relationship and family, abuse and violence, sexual exploitation and sexual assault. The goal of the program is to support and assist teens through one-on-one counselling which is tailored to the teen and their circumstances, in a confidential and safe environment. It is Envision’s belief that teens have the ability within themselves to identify their needs for counselling, as they are experts of their own experiences.

Community Outreach

Envision believes that prevention through education and awareness is a key component in eliminating abuse and violence in our communities. Envision provides educational presentations, workshops, groups, community events and initiatives throughout Southeast Saskatchewan. It is our hope to build a society that understands abuse and violence and its impacts via education offered to community stakeholders, students, agencies, businesses and organizations.
