“Helping others is the greatest investment out there…… Just a little help by those that can, makes a huge difference to those who need it.  At one point or another, we’ve all experienced a challenging time and leaned on someone to help us through…..now’s our time to be that person.  And, like a thank you to yourself, helping others has a positive impact on your own mental health.  It makes you feel good.”
